Rick Hunt is a 31-year police veteran. Rick is now the director of security at his church where he leads his team and uses his skills and experience to train them and others in his community. Rick has a training business on the side called Hunt’s Alley where he operates a decisional shoot and scenario training simulator.
Rick was asked to review the video from the West Freeway Church of Christ Active killer event that took place on Sunday 12/29/2019 and to give his assessment from what he observed. In that process he came up with multiple training points and it is those points that we discuss in this podcast.
This podcast does run much longer then I usually post for a podcast but it is a topic of discussion that I figured people would want to hear the whole podcast together and not wait until the next week for the rest of the discussion.
